The Intended Parent process
Free Consultation
We offer a free consultation to get you started on your surrogacy journey with no obligation. We go over costs, services and answer any questions that you may have.
Onboarding
You will need to go over your IVF and personal carrier requirements.
Matching you
We will go over available surrogate profiles with you. Once you select a surrogate, a virtual meeting is scheduled over zoom to introduce all parties. This is coordinated by our staff and there is now a small fee for this that is not deducted from the agency cost to cover our time.
Once matched
After you have been introduced to your surrogate both parties have 24 hours to decide if they would like to move forward. If both parties agree to work together her records are sent to your IVF clinic. It could take one to two weeks for approval depending on how busy your clinic is.
Medical Coordination with IVF Clinic
We work closely with your IVF clinic to coordinate her initial screening. Intended Parents are responsible for the actual costs related to her travel such as food, Uber, airfare. Carriers are also allowed to bring one adult for support.
Surrogacy Education
Continued guidance and education for both surrogates and intended parents so everyone feels informed and confident.
Legal
Once the surrogate has completed all screening we will refer both parties to a Lawyer who specialize in surrogacy. Both parties will require their own lawyers. Intended parents are responsible to cover all legal costs as well as to open an escrow account via a third party.
Embryo Transfer
Once contracts have been signed and the escrow is set up your IVF clinic has all documentation they will start your surrogate on medication and start preparing her for the embryo transfer.
Conflict resolution
Professional conflict resolution support to keep your journey on track and relationship stable.
During the birth and afterwards
We provide support from beginning till even after the birth of your baby.
