Your Parenthood Journey
A simple, step-by-step path to parenthood.
Your Path to Parenthood
Step 1: Your Consultation
- We begin with a free consultation to understand your needs and answer your questions.
- If you haven't yet, please complete an online Intended Parent questionnaire.
- We allow 1-2 hrs. for the initial consultation so that we can introduce ourselves, go over our programs, costs and to make sure that our agency is a good fit for you.
Step 2: Choosing Your Surrogate
- We provide profiles of pre-screened, highly qualified surrogates. Once you select a surrogate, our agency contract is signed.
- The potential surrogate completes your IVF clinics screening. If for some any reason your surrogate does not pass them, we re-match you for free.
Step 3: The Legal Agreement
- We make referrals/recommendations to lawyers. To save time/money we forward surrogates compensation agreement.
- Both you and your surrogate will be represented by separate attorneys specializing in surrogacy.
- Legal contracts are drafted and signed, ensuring a secure and transparent process for all parties.
- Medication and embryo transfer will only begin after legal/medical clearance.
Step 4: Embryo Transfer
- The surrogate undergoes fertility treatments to prepare for the embryo transfer.
- The success of the transfer is carefully monitored by medical professionals.
- Additional viable embryos are available if a second transfer is needed.
Step 5: The Pregnancy
- Your surrogate receives regular prenatal care at a leading IVF clinic and then with a local obstetrician.
- We ensure all appointments are attended, providing continuous support throughout the pregnancy.
- Unlike most agencies, our agency does not charge a fee if pregnancy does not occur.
Step 6: Becoming Legal Parents
- Your lawyer will complete the necessary legal paperwork prior to the birth.
- You should plan to be present at the hospital for the birth of your new baby.
